CANCELLATIONS

We strive to fill every order as it’s received. As such, we can’t guarantee we can cancel an order once it’s been placed. RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Totsy Totes purchase. Here’s how our return process works:

Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags securely attached.

Duration of Return: Returns must be sent back to Totsy Totes within 07 days of receiving your purchase. Returns after this timeline will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: The responsibility for return shipping methods and associated costs lies with the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Clearance and Sale Items: Please note that clearance or any sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the sale item, please contact our customer care team and we will try our best to assist you on the same.

Refund or Credit Note: For full-priced items, you have the choice between receiving a refund to the original payment method or a credit note.

No refund will be provided on gift cards.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer care team regarding the issue. We are happy to replace those packages.
